I’ve been going to see Dr. Knapp for a few years now, and I always leave satisfied. The waiting room isn’t the biggest, but it’s cozy, and you don’t wait long before being called in. I had a retinal issue that needed immediate attention, and Dr. Knapp was quick to diagnose and treat it. His expertise shines through in how he communicates; he made sure I understood each step of my treatment plan, which really relieved my anxiety. The staff is friendly and professional, making the whole experience smoother. The only constructive feedback I would give is that it would be great if they could streamline the check-in process a bit more. Other than that, I’m grateful for the quality care I’ve received and would recommend him to anyone looking for an eye specialist!

My last visit was a breath of fresh air! From the moment I walked in, the staff were attentive and helpful. Dr. Knapp has a wonderful bedside manner—he truly cares about his patients. He explained everything clearly and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. This practice has a calming atmosphere that puts you at ease, which is something I really value, especially during eye exams. My only suggestion is to perhaps consider offering online appointment scheduling, as that would make it a bit easier to book visits. Overall, I’m very pleased with my experiences here and would definitely recommend Dr. Knapp to friends and family!

I recently visited this ophthalmologist and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Knapp took the time to explain everything about my eye exam, which made me feel really comfortable. I appreciated how thorough he was; he answered all my questions and made sure I understood the results. The clinic was clean and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. I only wish they had longer hours because it can be tough to fit appointments into a busy schedule, but the care I received definitely made it worth it. Highly recommend!
